Private 1-on-1 sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration your goals, current fitness level, understanding of exercise fundamentals, and level of commitment. Training sessions are 30 minutes long.
Online Coaching is a good way to help clients stay on track with their fitness goals. You will receive monthly nutrition and workout plans via the 324PT app.
We design these workout and nutrition programs after an initial assesment over the phone after we go over detailed information about your goals, injuries, desires, and everything that will help us customize a specific plan that works for you.
324PT offers fun and challenging military style boot camps and classes for all levels. Boot Camps run for 4-weeks and you will receive personal attention in a group setting as well as motivation and accountability. Boot camps and classes provide the following:
- New and fresh routines every session. No two workouts will ever be the same.
- Limited class size to get personal attention in a group setting.
- Trainers will modify any workout to meet your personal needs.
- Non-competitive, non-intimidating setting.

Purchase a personal or group training package and receive unlimited boot camp sessions.
Group training consists of two (2) to five (5) clients provided with a lower cost option for you to be trained professionally and progressively with friends or family. All sessions are 30 minutes and used in a group training session. Group training is a fun way to reach your fitness goals in an environment where you will feel inspired and motivated.
